Botanic extracts and fruit extracts actually cause more allergies than products that are made from science. Hence you would hardly find organic products that say hypoallergenic to it. I would suggest you use a product that is labeled allergy tested AND hypoallergenic AND fragrance free. As to address your sensitivity to breaking out and irritation...you shoud try cetaphil and eucerin and then graduate to diffrent products if your skin can tolerate it.
